That poll was from before the placement rules allowed all sorts of nonsense like this second house on the island. I'd imagine a second house on the island has dropped the value of the original one by an immense amount, given that this one sold for about 1/10th of the price of the original

Interestingly, the big winner here is whoever owns the Wind 7x7, as that's now the only really isolated house in the game, besides Justice Island.

I check the original house for decay often, and for kicks and giggles I attempted to toss a small down on the left side of the island. I was as surprised as anyone when it stuck.
