Ah your selling? I thought this was your dream house. And imho worth a lot, the only house inside a cemetery.

Different strokes for different folks. The house may be worth a tower deed to someone. I bet if they had a pair of neon prepatched lockedown sandals on the floor the bids would be outrageous for it.

Some people want to spend cash on neons some on houses. Anyways free bump

Looks like this house was deleted by the GM's or something. I noticed the spot was vacant and tried to place. Got a "housing cannot be created in this area" message. Was the most recent buyer just out of luck?

I'm guessing the house fell from beening idoc. I was running by there one day and it was full of items like a idoc just fell. I loaded up everything and also tried placing a house there with no luck.

yea.. it seems something has changed yet again with placement. I tried placing in a spot where houses had previously stood.. no luck.
