Actually it isn't my idea involving the queue. The problem with that idea is that it would alter the attacking method. Meaning if you looped it the spam filter would catch it and you would not be able to attack for quite some time even if someone else attacked you. This could cause severe problems as one could imagine even though they forced it upon themselves.

If I am understanding this correctly, all it does is force people to insert a wait into their macro.

Even having a macro to attack last target every 1-2-3 seconds is an advantage over doing it manually.

I hit tab manually quite a bit.. Additionally, my attack last is on my scroll wheel so sometimes I hit it several times in a short period of time. Will this change have any impact on me?

And I'm assuming it'll be on TC prior to going live, right?

There is already a skill delay that is around 1 second long for attack last, and I believe tabbing is around the same or half that. Setting a loop macro simply defeats the purpose of the macro in the first place if you make it longer than the delay, because a human being can actually do it much quicker than 2-3 seconds. The penalty that will be involved with the two functions will severely render looping making it even more worthless on top of that. My suggestion after this fix is to use attack last or tabbing less frequently. It probably won't be noticable unless you loop it. Yes, it will be on the Test Center including all of the other current combat fixes that should wrap combat up as a whole unless something new pops up.
