No one forced him to buy my property, he was looking for something and I have that something, so I tried to capitalize and offer the shard a new area for guild/player-run events. Houses are worth different amounts to different people based on the uses they have in store for the house. We have all seen house sell for more than we would pay for it for that i say to each there own.
Lack posted, I showed him my area, then he said all we need is a broker, so i got a hold of telamon and he came out, at which point we waited for an hour at keep loc to no avail. Telamon ended up giving the keep back to me.
as far as my comment of "thats cool" I really dont get off stoking my epeen in front of others, I have no want bicker with you over the price of a keep we can agree to disagree and move on.
