Back in the early days I placed a few of the best mining houses on the shard but I let them IDOC. Not exactly selling, but still lost them and regret it every time I start playing again :(

Justice Island both Facets both Houses, Europa Server 1997-2003.

Best place to live I found. Other than that probably nothing.
