Not true.

While it may be easier in Yew or Brit gate given the traffic, one can have a successful vendor spot elsewhere.

It's more difficult to get traffic coming, however once you do, remained stocked in a variety of "in-demand" items, sales will come.

One could argue that Yew is somewhat of a pain given there's so many vendors and competition. Many of us have seen smack talk between Yew vendor houses... some valid while some attempt to derail the others business & give them a bad name that's undeserved.

Im tempted to buy this place to make a point but dont have the time to dedicate heh.

I used to run a VERY successful blacksmith and bulk reg vendor in our town just outside Vesper. It is not true that the only vendors are in Yew.
