PM sales are not necessarily at the opening price. One of the sales you quote there is the one I bought for considerably less, but you're right. You want to sell at castle, then sure! by all means hit it.

surely if the seller wants a firm starting price and the buyer is happy to pay that does it matter what the have sold for in the past ?
I sold a skull candle for a tower + small just the other day and I know they can go for a keep deed but i was happy with the offer so i sold
If your not in a rush to sell it I would sit on it now for a couple of weeks then re-advertise
And i am sure in the meantime if anyone really wants this you will get a pm for the price YOU want
