This was an excellent trade! No broker needed. The agreed funds were transferred first and the tower was promptly transferred.
Since the property was located near Trinsic we decided it best to conduct transaction there so to avoid any hassles with tax laws in the land. The city counsel gave us the go ahead and the citizens of the Golden City are sure to receive some great kick backs due to the taxation of the purchasing price.
