Actually, trees are horrible for your foundation. The roots will tear through it like a hot knife through butter. And do you know what they do to your plumbing? Ficus trees are the worst, you want to steer clear of those ones.

Buyer beware: you'll need to throw your feces off the balcony when the drainage pipes are broken by the tree's roots.

This was a mature tree when the Keep was built, foundations were laid around the root structure and considerations made toward future growth of the tree. Surely, a fine keep and a long term tree.

Thanks for your interest y'all - will need some further bids if this keep is going to sell though. My last keep was featureless, and in a housing duplex with many other houses and went for 1.675 - this one is a fair whack nicer.

Also, I did mark a courtyard rune - the tree courtyard.
