you did, ive never owned a castle...... just a keep, well two keeps, but sold the first own i owned, explained in my previous message, sure your not mixing me up with Apoc or Apocolypse, we have this odd identity confusion triangle going on.

oh yes, he sure did, cuz i couldnt get the small house owner in front of me to sell, if only i had thought a little harder, would i have done what you did, just asked him to move it up one tile, lol!!! But anyways i was paid well for that tower, and dont forget, it came with a small house too : P. But honostly, the castle deed for the tower was a good investment on your part, i wasnt going to sell for anything less than a castle and you got a keep out of it, so you paid around 850k tops out of pocket after it was all said and done for a keep on an island, only stone structure on the island if im correct, which is probably worth 4 times as much now if you were to resell it, in my opinion anyways, im happy and im sure you are very happy with it all. That was probably second best deal ive ever made on property, first best was buying keep and small house from Azeroth for like a mil gp or something, maybe little more, and bought the other small blocking a patio house from ACE for 2 small deeds, all in all paid probably 1.2mil when it was all said and done for a secluded property, in a nook in the woods all by itself, with no one else around for along ways, and have been offered anywhere from 2 mil all the way up to 6mil for the property already. I dont think im going to sell even though everything has a price also i dont think it gets any better, unless maybe it was a castle, but a castle wont fit : (

yeah after months of staring at that tower it kinda got to me. I knew i could hunt down the owner of the small beings he was in our guild an all but he wouldnt sell to any one other than a guildie. Its all good though i own ocarina isle now and will be selling the islan as a whole one day. Keep, 2Ls and 3 smalls so far...........the patio near my keep is only thing left to snatch up........but lets just say we are exactly on good terms lol

Well done, like i said when i sold the tower to you, i was more than happy, regardless of the high offer you were willing to pay me, but more than happy to sell to a local resident of the island, and im always happy to see someones plans come together and an idea come to life if i can help in anyways. Your stars deffinently aligned, just need Udonis to will off the tower to a random trivia question winner(check), need that winner to sell the tower to me, which at that time had the idea of getting my first grass keep but ultimately plan failed due to small owners personality issues so had to sell to someone else (check), need LiquidFire/Apac to sell tower to you for large sum of money (check), need patio owner to sell to you (unchecked).
