Plenty of good brokers out there, this is an opportunity of a lifetime for alot of distinguished brokers out there wanting a big ticket contract to put on their resume, trust is a big thing in this game, helps business alot, has made a difference in my career thats for sure.
Also, someone mentioned a team of brokers, no need for a team of brokers, all u need is transfer of deeds to REPUTABLE broker like Robbbb mentioned andthen once transfer of houses are done then deeds are transfered to seller. Ive had sooooo many house deals where the seller was confused how i could broker a deal because i owned a house and couldnt have the house transfered to me, the middle man, there is never a need for the broker to at any time have ownership transfered to them. IMO that just opens opportunity for teh broker to run off with deeds and ownership one day when rare chance you do roll the wrong dice and the broker goes rogue on both buyer and seller.

Robbb, Liquid... There is no need for a broker even for a massive estate such as this. Quite simply whatever the bid total comes out to can be divided proportionally to each house. When the trade commences a hand-off of a single deed and house transfer can take place for each building. At worst, you would lose the single trade value and not the entirety. If Scoobs was going to risk his reputation and forum account for a single building I would be pleasantly surprised. Also I would imagine that whoever is buying such an estate is not a noob and will not need a broker for reasons described above.
