I really liked this location, I spent about 30 minutes the other night trying to get a 2nd to drop up there. Your explaination makes sense. Great location and if I could afford it, would make an offer and keep it just as one small in there, 2 would make it look crowded. As is, it is the perfect get away spot, doubly so if you are a miner.
The night wasnt a total waste tho, I did find a small spot right outside.

Just booked a random trip out of town for the weekend, will check back on this when I return
