Sure, it could be that you sold these to smit and now you've decided you want them back. That's certainly within the realm of possibility. Just sayin' it seems like something shady is going on here. Again, not trying to troll, just trying to be a good UOSA citizen and keep others from being swindled, if that is indeed what is going on here.

Here is the PM where Vega tells me he already owns the other 4 (there were all smalls originally, like with any IDOC):

The events as I laid them out are true. As to what happened after I sold the house to Vega, I cannot say. As I said, perhaps he sold these to smit and now wants them back. Seems a bit unlikely, but who knows?

Silly mexican, I had 3 houses there. I bought Apocalypse's which was in front of mine, one fits in the back. Also, I was bluffing to buy that out from you Apocalypse.

Not sure you read my post all the way through, but thank you for confirming that you did, in fact, buy that house from me. I wasn't questioning whether you were bluffing. I'm saying you supposedly own these houses already, or at least a week ago you supposedly did. And now you're bidding on this auction. I'm asking why you would do that? Seems shady, like you're working with smit to try to up-bid the previous bidder in hopes that you will get more out of him.

I'm about 210% sure I own all of the houses myself, Vega sold me the other two and after trying to figure out just what the heck to do with this place I can't figure out a good use for it. I already have another patio I want and some other items I'm trying to buy so this stuff needs to go.

Apoc, I don't do that shady shit man. I've yet to dick someone over on a house sale or try to "drum up" more business. It's not how I roll.... I appreciate the concern and I mean I dunno what else to tell you but really I can't say why Vega wants it? Probably had a house lined up and it fell through so now he's trying to buy them back.

If he wanted them he shouldn't have made the mistake and sold them to me.

I think I'm understanding now...when Vega says he was bluffing me, he means he was lying about owning all the other houses in order to get me to sell to him. He then turned around and sold them to you after figuring out he couldn't do what he wanted.

Update:
TJ- has purchased the properties.

He's paid 3 x Patio and 1 x Small so far (500k) and will be paying the remainder tomorrow afternoon once I transfer him the last small (middle one) which I will get tomorrow from my friend who's account currently has it. I explained this to him UPFRONT and he agrees and understands that the balance (350k) will be due tomorrow for the last property.
