i really dont feel like 2 million was to much to ask for this considering what some houses are selling for

I agree with Budner on this. There does seem to be a housing bubble. The prices that people are asking (and actually getting) for towers and keeps these days are super inflated compared to even a year ago.
Anyway, good for you Kevin if you got 2 million for that keep. I sold it to you for way less than that not too long ago. I should have held out for more.

Yeah good for Kev and all keep owners. Nobody should ever have to apologize for making a mint selling a property.
Nothing personal but it's not a great spot and the price was pretty damn big.
As the server population grows, this is bound to happen. Good sign, really.
