Agree. Otherwise "SB" has no meaning.
All you have to do is set the SB at the lowest price you're willing to sell. If it doesn't sell, you keep the property. If it does sell, you received at least the minimum amount you were willing to accept.
You can't be prosecuted, it's just courtesy.

That's typically speculation about willingness to sell to certain buyers, not certain prices. You clearly set a standard of price, thus you should hold your word to it. This isn't the "Ideas" subsection of the Trading Post, this is the "Housing" section.
