With only 7 posts and no feedback on buying/selling, you might understand my skepticism.

Understandable from the low post but I only started here a month ago. Nadia was the seller on the house. Budner, you posted on the last house I bought too and didn't question if I could pay. Would be nice if people did leave feedback though for others piece of mind Either way, i have the cash and you can let me win this auction so the seller and I can be happy! Thanks!
