So this went from 1.6mill to 1.5mill and now to 1.3mill and is still not selling??

I remember when towers sold here for deed + small about 6mos. ago. I'm guessing people are starting to realize that they don't need to pay out the ass to buy property. I once bought bridged twin towers for 1.2mill. I think the housing market right now is insane.
