He's not affiliated with Apoc so he's not running up the bidding. Apoc purchased the castle for me and the guild but I couldn't take it off his hands so he's selling. Apoc has been around the shard for a long time. GM of S3X (one of the largest # members on the shard).

I can also vouch for Apoc.
