Lol only one house is worth money 
That other one with the monstrous yew tree growing out of the steps is pretty useless unless all your customers use the tree hack lol although I will admit thats pretty epic placement.

it was a rough 10 mins work for 2.6
me and smit woke up 10 mins before it dropped and wow we made some silly mistakes but we placed 2 sm's where 1 was and made 2.52 mill profit im happy (although i spent most of it buyin our own lewt lol)
