They seem to spawn 2-ish screens nw, by a perma fire field. There was 1 Lich Lord, 1 Lich, 1 Skeleton, 1 Ghoul and a headless one. After I killed them 1 Lich came back in about a minute and a second Lich in about 6. Killed these 2 and a skeleton mage spawned to the east 4 minutes later.
