GF housing is due to placement rules and/or guardline/region changes. In my time here, the one major placement change I recall was the inclusion of steps into the spacing requirements front to back (5 tiles).
Worst case at least a couple smalls should fit on the island.

So sad to see this go. Seriously. That said, if you want max turnout, shouldn't you refresh one last time over the weekend? That would mean, if the 14 day house decay time is true, that it would fall on a weekend when more players can be available (including myself ). Not sure how exact that timer is though.

No proof exists so we can all just agree to disagree. The only evidence ever posted was by him, wherein he provided exact steps for how to do what he did, with Razor.
Not his fault clicking house signs as a ghost got a Non-Era Accurate patch to prevent it. It's a wonderful boon to you all that you can keep GF items and other NEA whilst NEA Patches are implemented to prevent era accurate function.
