I don't really ever participate in server wars, so all the server war time gap does for me is delay progress. Sorry, but my vote is a no.

You realize 8pm EST would be terrible. This would interrupt "regular players" who are trying to actually farm, train, and progress in the game, as this is a populated hour. Server wars happening at times when less people are on, is actually better, because it's less disruptive.
