Was on the market a long time and got no bids so I lowered the SB hoping to stimulate some interest. I didn't figure it would ever sell for that little.

Aeris, dont you own a really nice Windemere Patio spot that fits a tower ? Been eyeing that off

Yeah, but because of people wanting it, and me being nice and willing to sell, I'm looking for another tower I'm actually allowed to move into and make home
Want to do that before I sell it for 1x deed and the next day not be able to get another tower for less than 3x
