Honest question here, Kaivan. Was that directed to FishingPro for posting a picture of a hammer pounding in a nail? If so, why was that considered a personal attack? Again, Im not being smart, Im merely curious.

IMO Fishin Pro has been consistently trolling various threads, often adds negativity for the sake of negativity, and hasn't contributed squat. It's been particularly noticeable in his case, he goes out of his way. Good riddance.

I would consider this a personal attack on fishing pro.

My first post was intended as a general warning, and he was the first to ignore it. As a result, I posted a response directed at his blatant disregard for my warnings.

FishinPro may have derailed some threads, but at least he was funny, Blaise was just a total loser deusche bag. I actually enjoyed a lot of FishinPros posts, lol.
:(RIP Fishin :(

Statements of fact shouldn't be considered personal attacks, IMO.

What's worse, violating a warning immediately or waiting more than two minutes?
I guess it depends on how you define statements of fact. Are opinions fact?
Pretty cool how different things are justified here. I'm starting to like this place.

not necessarily trying to defend FP, but could it be possible that he had a reply window up already - before the most recent response from Kaivan? I realize that it does prompt when a new post has been made, but I do believe he wouldn't flip the bird to Kaivan in such a way.

Considering the fact that the vast majority of the thread was off topic and contained trash talking, I posted a general warning regarding forum conduct. The fact that someone posted a response which directly continued that line of trash talk as the very next post, within an extremely short period, is a clear violation of that warning. That alone justified action. As for your question regarding time, the farther from the point of issuing a warning, the less severe an infraction it is, all other things held equal.

As for statements of fact, you'll have to be more specific about what you're referring to.

Fishing pro has derailed, trolled, and overall bs'ed so many threads and Im surprised he lasted as long as he did.
Its not funny to fill the forums with off topic negative remarks every chance you get and make lies to hurt peoples good name.
Unless its in his favorite section, the trash talk section.

good bye fishing pro and good riddance.

Was his picture trash talk? I thought he meant the phrase "hit the nail on the head"
What did his pic mean anyways?
