It's not a problem to lend money to you. In that case, you would stop playing the house can be sold or redeemed to get the missing money back. The total price for SB on the house is 280.000G for all three deeds [L-Shape + 2xSmall]. I can even broking it for you, in trading forum you are not allowed to scam so it is not a risk to do it.

A quick clarification...
Anyone CAN scam you using the forum. But doing so will most certainly lead to a ban of the FORUM account/ip. No INGAME consequences will come from the staff. So even though a deal is confirmed over the forum, the absolute safest way to trade housing is a reputable third party.
