Perhaps someone can butyy it for you then co-own you to it until you pay the rest off.

You can use a broker and pay a fee they work like banks.

It's not a problem to lend money to you. In that case, you would stop playing the house can be sold or redeemed to get the missing money back. A quick clarification...
Anyone CAN scam you using the forum. But doing so will most certainly lead to a ban of the FORUM account/ip. No INGAME consequences will come from the staff. So even though a deal is confirmed over the forum, the absolute safest way to trade housing is a reputable third party.
