Mission failed. I saw him running around Skara Brae today. Plus I'm not sure you want him to quit. Who are you going to PK if there are no "trammelites" running around? I saw him yesterday....doh.
I'll be sure to say hi again so thanks landlubber! Population is far from dead. I just started playing again outside of Red Skull Bay and events and found people in every single spot I went to. Just like there are no house spots.....
Get with it, shard is still great and plenty of things to do.
