Im with Bee and Dyne on this, 30 silver is ridiculous, even 1k is ridiculous considering Dyne will just do it for free, and you can trust him with any rare, and they are correct, sandstone is the only item worth undying and on top of that, sandstone looks cooler hued, just my opinion of course.

On a side note, Dyne NEVER make your unhued tub public, I can see some griefer coming in with dyes and messing it up for you.

Are you guys sure that a unhue'd dye tub returns items to there orginal hu or does it just dye them that silverish/white color/hue?

An un-hued tub should return an item to hue -1, its default hue. If it does not, it's broke.

Yep, Rammar is correct. Use a regular Dye tub to dye a backpack, and then use an undyed dyetub to dye the backpack again and it will return it to (-1) which is its "brown" default color, not the grey.

There are I think 3 public ones now, as for unhued public tubs, I don't think there are any currently, and probably will never be considering someone can just come in and use some dyes on it and ruin the -1 hueing capabilities.

I appreciate and applaud your attempt to corner a new market, Kabal, but I have to ask... Couldn't you just go buy/make new furniture for a few hundred gp or boards if you don't want your hued stuff anymore? There are exceptions, obviously, like the sandstone table pieces people have already mentioned, but is there anything else that can be dyed that can't be made or bought for a hell of a lot less than 30 silver?

I don't know but it doesn't hurt to try.
