If I wanted opinions on how much this is worth I'd have posted this in the price check.

If I wanted opinions about how to run a forum auction I might have posted in the guides or second age discussion. (I certainly wouldnt ask anyone who has responded here)

This is a trade post that I have posted in the trading post.

I welcome questions relating to the item but I do not welcome questioning of my sale techniques.

If you have any problems with this please feel free to take it up with a moderator.

I doubt EO got what he was asking out of his anyways, the value on these are in the keep deed range on the high end. 660, which means at auction, you are looking at 500-600k tops. With a reserve of 700..that just turns away anyone that would have bid and possibly bought your item. That's the only reason i got involved in the first place. So if the reserve, being the MINIMUM you would take is 700, then the starting bid should ALSO be 700, there's no point in getting the bidding starting if it will not be sold. All that does it get people bidding on an item they can't win which shouldn't be a legal practice in the first place.

Now if you would have listed SB 300k or 500k with a reserve of 700k(however i MAY accept lower depending on interest) that would be a little different. But when your reserve price is higher than the BO on one of these, of course you are gonna get people replying about it.

Edit: No disrespect intended, just trying to clear up my reply's on the situation.
