Yes it's so obvious the only solution.....is to kill.

Some guy had an idea to have people pay like 5 bux a month for every account over 1.

Sometimes I feel as if i'm not even playing a role playing game, it feels more like a strategy game, UltimaCraft lol.
Even some of the new player guides in the guide section look more like build orders, than the average guides you would find for a rpg.

But ill have to admit that having like 3 clients open does put a huge spin on things, and in some ways makes the game more interesting. I still like that good ole fashioned 1 client feeling though, really helps the immersion.

I run my three clients like chess pieces.

Having 3 accounts definitely gives people more opportunities to PK without having to ever see stat loss. Red died in stat? Macro him off while playing your other PK or whatever. This wasn't as used on OSI due to the fact that many people had one account and also a majority of players were not multiclienting or leaving computers on AND connected to the Internet 24/7. The world is a different place.

I agree, at the very least I wish people would stop complaining about dying in town while macroing. My only real complaint with the multi-client thing, isnt that PK's can alternate characters to avoid stat-loss, thats fine, more adventure in the dungeons for me, but I get annoyed that when you kill someone (or they die and I loot, or I take a cheap kill shot ect.), you typically know that another character is on their way there to seek revenge. Not guildmates, no team effort, nothin, just the same person coming back for more. That's not T2A accurate, you should at least have time while the dead gets out of the dungeon and resses, or while they wait for their character to time out so they can log onto another.

But isn't it the sweetest thing when you kill there alternate character too.

Senses wrote:who can play all 3 accounts at once :P But seriously, I do wish an early decision in this shard's life had been just 1 account per person, but...Most of us are used to having 3 now. The best thing to do is just kill all the macroers you can find, especially in town, and "clean it up" so to speak.
Why limit us to one account per person? That would not be era accurate. What is not era accurate is the wide spread use of "razor", and the fact that afk macroing is pubically allowed. I still think "getting there is half the fun"! But do strongly realize Ultima Online has always been a very CLICK intense game, so we do need at least the UOASSIST so our gaming hands will not be injured with all the manual clicking involved.

Why not try and get into contact with people you used to play with back in the day and get them to sign up, spread the word on other forums you use, etc. Want more activity try and get more people to play here.
Nailed it right on the head.

Razor has nothing to do with it.

Multiclienting allows for an easier skill building experience for the new players as well. I know I would still have nothing but a bank box if it werent for being able to macro a skill like provocation, while hunting shame air elementals for reg gold to build the bard.

This is a great shard, and we will see much more growth in player base within the next year I presume.

I would prefer one client: your right, people would be FORCED to actually play in a sense, but it's not about shoulda woulda coulda - but more about knowing that this shard is a great place to play when you are active. I always see people out hunting (which on other shards meant it was definitely a red or one of you was going to recall) but here at least people hunt in the same areas. Best thing I could suggest is get involved in a guild with people already on the game or people you invite to play the game.

Good Luck and don't become disenchanted by Brit Bank, I had a great time there today with run in greys.
