Yes, everyone was given that chance. If you had a bid, you should have posted it! The Auction didn't officially end until 7PM CST and I always honor that. I just announced a winner because there was obviously no interest. Hey, a bird in the hand...

Of course with the change in house placements back and forth, it might not be the same but when I had this patio you CAN't replace as a tower (close but the other tower wing messes it up), you CAN deed and place a 2 story on the lot and then place a small just behind it. Other than that, good location. Idiot neighbor to the east across the road in my old brick is fun to mess with so it's worth it.

This has been confirmed, yes. It won't fit a tower, but will fit a 2-story.
