Great item, they used to be something like a 1/26 drop rate off frozen serpents in the first few months of the shard and only a handful got out before Derrick stopped them spawning.
From what I saw in the earlier days there were at least 10, however whether any players still have them is a different question, there's probably less than 3-4 in active player hands and is definitely worth the asking price.
Just curious as to whether the original spells work with these or if they have been removed? More specifically the one that turns 1/2 mana into direct spelldamage?

Spell Dmg No. An Ex Del, paralyze, does.
