I couldn't fall asleep so I went online and participated. This communication crystal is linked to the two of my other houses and has two receiving crystals coming from those two houses so I'll always know if somebody is inside
Also, under the little rune library I have there, is hollow and you can freely walk through it for extra space.
By the way Charles, you might want to re-read the rules.

Ancalagon's fishing shack
This is my mage/scribe/fisherman template's home.
On the left shelf is a trophy fish. On the table is a map of the world and a sextant.
The benches stacked under the portrait form a piece of furniture that the ship rests on.
The
wild card item is the small fish inside the fish tank. There is a skull, 1 nightshade (plant), garlic (to look like fish food) and a seashell inside the tank.
The sleeping quarters are tight just like when he travels at sea on his ship.

Daltrey's Bath house is great, but the Fisherman's house gets my vote for "should have won the first prize".
