as it seems there is interest i will formalize a format and post with a starting date.
as people are split on equipment, odds are we will go with some sort of middle ground.
or certain dates allow certain rulesets. will post again tomorrow with final set.
Feel free to post any more comments and i will take them under advisement when building end game.
