bump for wanting a keep

I will sell my keep for 1 000 000 gp, just because I have to move all my shit out ( tons of loot) and it's a fairly nice spot.

Here she is

Moving stuff out is annoying, I'd agree. But what exactly is "nice" about that spot? It's in the middle of a damn swamp

Middle? Nay!! it's right on the edge! Take it or leave it.

See the problem with a 1mil is that if I go that high, I'll just save another 600-700k and try for a castle.
350k over deed price is a bit to much IMO. And I don't want to start that big of an uptick in large housing.
There is one outside of cove I believe for sale--Tubious? I thought it was a keep when I ran by it, but I ran alot yesterday, it coulda been a large tower.

WHATLOL, swamp housing is the worst there is (followed closely by that large suburban area near the crossroads).

I will pay 1 mil for a prime location.

I think at this point it would just be easier for you to run around and find a keep already placed in a location that you find desirable, take a screen-shot and then post it in this thread..

There doesn't seem be a lot of people willing to sell any large real-estate right now, at least not that I have seen.

This is true because all the spots are filling up and the price is about to go up alot. Castles and Keeps are investments.

dog i have been on the lookout for places to place a keep in my idoc hunting. so far it seems like theres only brick/patio/tower spots on the mainland, im surprise you havent found one for sale yet. oh well gl!
