Just hire as many NPC mages as you can and bring them with you. I promise TG wont even bother showing up.

Just confirmed that you cannot see any health bars while a ghost on the demo.
You have to open their health from their paperdoll, but you should be able to get health bars. That was how you did it on OSI.

Nightshark is correct and you can indeed see health bars while dead.

At the time I wrote that there was a patch in place that stopped sending character information to dead players.

It takes one red potion, tops, to get through the guy "blocking" the path.

I don't think NPC mages would be much of a help; if a balron targets one, it will be dead in about two hits.

There are a ton of ways to take advantage of this situation. Get creative!

It takes more than one red pot because they can drop a chest in the hall behind themselves...and you're talking a bout a bard with 0 melee skill running from 2 melee reds who are probably using power or vanq weapons, and im not wearing armor....so it takes 2 hits to kill me. The topic is ghosting, not "its easy to escape 3 pks in balron keep according to Mike123"

Again: Siege perilous ruleset would solve this problem.

How? You would have to gate out to escape.. There's no recall on Siege rules..

Hard to keep a ghost cam running with 1 character.

Arkias wrote:My account is currently around 30 days old and from what I've read a lot of threads about multi-client and ghosting problems are from 2009. So I thought I would share my experience with TG ghosting the balron keep and how much it has affected my game play in as little as 30 days. To preface the pic I have I want to explain what they're doing and how I know they are ghosting. Their stategy is to wait until I have provoked the Balrons to attack each other, now because I usually hide inside the spawn area as shown in the pic...they will usually wait until 1 Balron has died, leaving the other Balron weak and slow. This is when they run in, with numbers. You notice they block the single exit, with 1 guys while 2 reds attack me loot the Balrons. So just because a ghost cannot see health bars doesn't prevent a ghost from seeing one Balron dead. After all the Balrons are the threat...I tried to take a series of pictures but i forgot to paste the first one showing the time I arrived at the keep, however, I can tell you and you can see by looking at the Balrons hp bars that hey came very promptly upon my arrival for the 2nd time tonight. Again, this is their strategy indefinitely, facilitated by a ghost, and I know so because it is always the exact same circumstances and the timing is perfect...everytime. In my opinion this is the worst form of griefing that I've experienced in online games because its a purely an abuse of multi-client multi-account availability that directly inhibits my game play. If TG was a pking guild who ran dungeons, and did all the hots spots 5 times a night and caught me there 3 of those times I couldn't complain. But just as others called it, this is a ghost cam and I can't find enough words to explain how BS it is and entirely not era-accurate.
btw, they don't use a ghost. they have a character in there with stealth/tracking called "panpipe TG". my guess is that it alerts TG whenever someone recalls into tera keep at all.

They ghost it with Panpipe TG. Either way, alive or dead, it is still the same affect as ghosting when the sole purpose of the character is just to be a monitoring system.

They CAN drop a chest, or they DID?

Most people don't take advantage of every tactic they can. I would bet they didn't drop a chest... you're just mad because you didn't drop 15 gp on a red potion beforehand.

Also, if someone drops a chest, you can pick it up. It's not like they're chopping a box of candleabras or something.

it's possible to teleport down there, just make a button to turn circle of trans on/off and set it to 200. or a relative location macro.

Have a tamer deposit about 10 dragons in the little hallway, box them in, farm all you want.
