I always ride stabled horses and have yet to fatigue one.
They're NEA, that's about all there is to it

Something Something Accurately?
Either way, it depends on the price of the horse. There's probably a huge difference between a 700 and 800 dollar horse. Seriously, what are we going to change horse stamina from anyways? The demo code? The demo was from the game's first release, way prior to TSA and you don't think the game changed, IDK, maybe a little bit since? I'd be more apt to believe the mechanics as they are now. It's not just about skill with PvP either. It's a dice roll game buddy. Sometimes your 3-Hit Combo gets broken by a better weapon hit. Sometimes it doesn't do anything against the GM Resistor. Sometimes your opponent dies on the first combo. Playing smart helps but we're still talking about 1d20s here.
Rides are accurate. You don't have any evidence to claim otherwise but hey, logic's not gonna stop any new patches.

wtf do 3 hit combos, gm resist and dice rolls have to do with horse stamina?
horse stam = NEA = Not Era Accurate. read earlier in the thread, don't just come in all ignorant and start spouting that there's nothing wrong with horses.
im not arguing anything about pvp mechanics at all. if you want to stay crappy at pvp then offscreen and claim "there's no skill involved in pvp except 1d20" all you want. all i'm saying is that when horse stam is patched you won't be able to run as far

I doubt that. Wrestling with your pets is a great way to get their stats up. Oh, and I was referencing to something you had said in a previous post. Something about being good at PvP in matches determined almost completely by dice rolls if the character templates and player skills are even. Sorry if not being completely linear is confusing. I don't have to read this 200 post thread to know what the usual claims are going to be as to "horse accuracy" and it's sources for correction. Either way it's mostly stemming from the frustration you feel at not being able to PK someone for his delicious loots. You've demonstrated this frustration yourself.

Screening is a tactic. Learn to fight people who use it. There's a subtle difference between putting some space between your opponent so you don't take a dirt nap and just running like a coward from a fight.
Trust me, I am not complaining about runners as I have no issue killing them. I was just commenting on the pvp community.

I guess elitist idiocy knows no bounds sometimes.
"LOLRL PVPERS NEVER MOVE AROUND. THEY STAY RIGHT WHERE YOU CAN SEE THEM."
I guess people who break LOS IRL are pussies too. Learn to tactics nubcake.

Offscreening is a tactic but not many people do it at the right time.

Cool story bro.
If it bothers you enough to construct an MS Paint graph, OK:
I love the PvP mechanics on this shard. They're extremely accurate and aren't nerfed or tweaked with any class in mind. They're thrilling because 100 to 120 HP doesn't leave much room for error, making the skill curve of this game kind of high but extremely satisfying when you have it down. The greatest part, especially with games like these that cause people to RRRRAAAAGEEE, is the personal aspect, which is even more intense in such a small community like this one. After lurking for a while, I've noticed a lot of people that play here have that sort of, "I would fight you in person for killing and stealing my pixels" mentality, which is entertaining. Then there's the hackers too! A good chunk of the shard populace seems to be made up of people who are more than gleeful to take it beyond the game and ruin your RL experiences with their skills! Sometimes they stick solely to the game and hack you just when you've got enough stuff to satisfy their trolling urges.
I've already made a (few?) good friend(s) here! I'm CONSTANTLY logging into my accounts to see different characters highlighted red on the selection menu. My GHeal staff had 0 charges, which means somebody logged into my character and then used it before putting it right back in it's original spot in my bank box. My mouse is on the fritz frequently and I always seem to see my Start Menu or Desktop folder items highlighted randomly. Truly, an epic trolling technique, hacking. It's great stuff, especially risking going to federal prison and helps to attest to the idea that PvP goes far beyond the pixel boundaries, which is pretty sad but not surprising. So to my good friend out there who probably has my computer on a VPN screen somewhere, I say Godspeed to you, sir or madaam! You truly are a great motivator. I might just have to learn how to use this fancy machine I purchased to fuck right back with you. Not out of a vengeful grudge but more out of a competitive sentiment!
Oh, and the trash talk! Hoo-boy, great stuff! The majority of it isn't that playful, joking banter to and fro but that really sewious kind. You know, where you can tell that they're genuinely frazzled by the way you operate your pixels or you can't help but notice they're still functioning on a junior high level but hey, what am I to do if I piss somebody off because I don't die or because I happened to be a viable target for their colorful language? So to all you people like that fellow from the SA Facebook page or the person(s) who are stealing my pixels by sneaking onto my compooter and SA accounts like Solid Snake, I say:
KEEP PROJECTING
You're a vital aspect to all online Person versus Person gaming environments.

Player versus Player literally means what it states. Whatever tactics a person uses in their combat against an opponent in these online environments has always been an intrinsic part of the notion behind "PvP". It isn't soley limited to the in-game environment and never has been, regardless of the original game designer's intentions.

Agreed. Despite what your parents irresponsibly told you when you were young, most people are not special and most people aren't winners. If you want to be a winner you have to work harder and longer than everyone else and along with that you have to have natural skill.
The way the above statement applies to this argument is simple. The people who use "cheap" tactics have taken the time to research those tactics and are more prepared than the other person. Had the other person been equally prepared it most likely would be a better match. This is the way it is, not just in UO but in life as well. Life isn't fair and neither is gaming.
If you don't like it then I can recommend many single player titles where you can pretend you are the best that ever lived and probably even save the world! If that's yer thing more power to ya, remember not everyone is a winner.
