id go with the designated time, FFA loot style + add a book with your farewell in it something that couldn't be recreated and drop it somewhere hidden in the tower and whoever finds that is awarded the deed. possibly get some GM help to .kill anyone pking inside. partial idea credit to previous post about ffa looting the tower
