even if you consider yourself a decent house placer, i highly recommend the expertise of Tabius. Played around with a 7x7 spot on and off for the last days, he showed up and after brief consideration just placed it

And For a limited time if you order now you can get this side by side jack screw with accessories. Look for our label, "as seen on TV".
This is the feeling that i keep getting from this thread. Just need to tone it down a bit lol

I was just selling a tower, hired Tabius to broker the deal, sold tower for a tower deed + 2 smalls, only cost me 4700ish gold and everything went amazingly smooth
