I have a relatively poor character on Europa, whom I'd like to put in the
vendor business. He has no money, and thus can't afford a house, but i
discovered that he had several clothing bless deeds in his bank box (not
duped, simply 1 for each char slot).
What would the going rate be?
Anyone interested may contact me.

Anywhere from 30 to 60K

It's quite easy to find the cost/availability of these items during T2A.

Ok? That doesn't mean shit. We're not trying to replicate how much clothing bless deeds we're worth in 1999.
The trophy system has been the same (almost) since its implementation long long ago. It's not gonna change b/c a few people came on the forums to cry & whine about not being able to afford blessing their favorite shirt. You guys are pathetic.

I think your missing the whole point here. Nobody is trying to argue with you over your red/white/green/blue blessed bear/dear/orc mask/sandles/sash. I thought we were discussing the availability of clothing bless deeds.
It's my understanding that we are trying to replicate the T2A era. I can only imagine that the economy is a crucial part of that experience. Every character I played, across the two shards I played on, sported the same blessed uniform. Thats simply "
the way it was".
UOSA wrote:* We aim to replicate the T2A era as best we can and within technical limitations as a whole.
* We do not intend to ever change any aspect of normal gameplay to particularly favor any playstyle or to protect or further expose any players to the in-game risk that was a large part of this era.
* We will especially not pull aspects of other eras into this one, even with an overwhelming demand of players.
Here are some other indicators of the frequency of these items.
My treasure hunter has his fancy t-digger outfit -- ranger suit, blessed
deer hat, blessed black cape and blessed black sandals -- that he shows off
on slow nights when there are no maps. Considering that everything was
blessed or supposedly-newbiefied
I need
3 more blessed sandles for my account
Yesterday I picked up a
clothing bless deed(I'm not sure if these are even worth anything)with
my holiday ticket.I never play this other character so the deed is a
waste for him.Just wanted to know if anyone was interested in it.He is
in Britain and I would be more than happy to give it to someone that
would use it.
Hold out for 50k.
I think I might of overheard a rumor that CB deeds will become rares after
pub 19.
I sold mine on Europa for 4K a piece.
Well, it depends on how lucky you are

I sold mine on Europa for 3,5k
last night. Took me about ten minutes walking around West Britain bank and
someone made an offer.

I'm not missing the point at all. The entire point of this thread, is you guys pushing for the lowered cost of clothing bless deeds, simply because they we're "more available" in 1999. OSI
chose to use this item as a hand-out for Christmas, Derrick
did not. Thus, they are not anywhere close to as common as they we're in 1999. How is that hard to comprehend?
The fact that people we're willing to let them go for 40,000 gold in 1999, does not relate to any mechanics of the T2A era, in fact it only proves that everyone was nearly broke in 1999, and mass-farming like we have on UOSA, did not exist. Not everyone had 7x gm Bards/Tamers and farmed for 8 hours a day at a maximum profit spawn, bringing in the most profit-per-hour. People farmed zombies & wraiths at the graveyard, for skill gain, which was far more important than gold, back in 1999.
I don't know how you guys think that by coming on the suggestion forum, pulling a few links about some guy selling a CBD for 40k, is merit for the trophy turn-in cost to be reduced, 2 years into the same fuckin system. It's just the people who are without, complaining because they are, well, simply without. If you guys had your "blessed suits" that you wanted, this post wouldn't even exist.
The trophy list is something that the staff team came up with on their own regards. If Derrick thought that CBD's should be an abundant item, then they would be so, but that isn't the case now is it.
* We aim to replicate the T2A era as best we can and within technical limitations as a whole.
Exactly. It was chosen not to hand-out CBD's as a Christmas Reward, unlike the chosen path of OSI. Therefore, CBD's are much more rare as opposed to 1999, across at least 10 different servers & hundreds of thousands of players.

I have one item on this server that is blessed. Even if I had none, that wouldn't change my mind. It's called
working towards earning items. Not logging on the boards because you want everything to be cheaper to suit your needs, so you can walk around britain on your fucking thief and steal shit, not losing your thief outfit.

I'd also add, that 45k on an OSI shard is probably equal to 450k here, in terms of how many people have that amount of gold, how long it takes to acquire, etc.

Although I don't really agree with the amounts, I agree with this, not to mention the effects that item duplication had around the time of those quotes. I just think that currently they are unrealistically obtainable to most players here, when they should not be.

I only read the first couple posts in this thread, but the silver price of the items has been adjusted over time according to demand. The CBD price has increased, and the special dye tub (only two redemption's ever I think) has decreased over the last year. Our initial pricing on these items was based one a guess at relative value, but since then price has been adjusted based on real demand factors. Likely if people stopped buying CBD's with silver, or if there was a spike in demand for special dye tubs, we might reconsider their values.

3000 points should be redeemable to have a gm create you your own map and 1000 points per extra item he lets you add to it. 10000 points should allow a person to turn the server off for 3 days to add to his/her list of evil things he/she has done.

I have turned in points for 3 or 4 CBDs now. I bought them all with trophy points I got for playing the game. So in reality I have received 3 or 4 CBDs for free. I would not feel slighted or ripped off in any way if the price of them changed. They could drop down to ten points and it wouldnt change the fact they cost me nothing.

I dont understand the point of your last post. Are you trying to say that winning any type of prize from an event is 'farming' trophys?
Or are you trying to say that the players who are the most active, play the most events, and use the turn in system the most are the ones whos opinions hold the least weight

I'm making fun of the fact that you win them all because you block the monsters in and use healing. No one can beat you unless they use the same strategy as you.
IMO that needs to be fixed
You shouldn't be able to block the door, they need to make it 1 tile wider and 3 tiles longer, then it can't be exploited and still be era accurate(as far as block mechanics).

i assume from this post you havnt played survival this year.
Is this thread about the tactics to win trophys or the cost of the cbd?
For active players this prize is obtainable, infact its almost easy.
But, is a cbd an item that should be super easy to aquire or not is the debate?
