Some information regarding tents:

Tents were removed from the game it very early T2A. Specifically, we know that tents were forcibly deleted from the servers with the housing phase 3 patch on December 21, 1998, and we also know that tents were rendered useless with the November 23, 1998 patch that included tent reimbursement. This essentially makes tents a pre-T2A function, and merely a holdover.

Unfortunately, no. There's no chance that we will have tents for the fact that tents were not available during all but the first month of T2A.
