That's the point though. Said person is the loser in the fight for the house spot, so they should have to deal with that and not have the opportunity to be a total ass. It defeats the purpose in even fighting for the location of a house.

Yep.
Furthermore you can't do anything about a ghost. There's no in game solution, such as PVP.

Another problem with our current 3 client allowances, but that's another thread entirely.
Agreed. One client only! Solves so many problems including ghosting spawns, etc.
