Got any other topics you want to mass debate over the course of the next 10 years?

How about we talk about this when it's actually a problem?
if people are bitching about it then i would say its at the very least a minor problem right now..

or they just realize that 1 person having 3 accounts and 5 houses per account is not exactly space/noob friendly nor is it accurate when you consider that you get 3 accounts(or more) for free. you can keep talking down on the noobs though... im sure they appreciate it.

I have been able to place a couple small houses but so far no luck on a larger one.

In a month I've found over 10 small spots(placed and redeeded cause I never use them) and two large bricks.

Its funny how you say there would be a market for houses if everyone could only own 3 houses.

If this was the case then there would be NO market because no one is going to buy a house from another player if they can just go out and place their own large house in "their favorite spot". Houses already go for just over deed price because there so EASY to place.... and you want to make it even easier? Your talking about creating a market but your "fix" would just destroy what little market there is.

THANK YOU.

Honestly, all I'm hearing is whine. It's such a "good" thing to have a housing market. It's COMPLETELY possible to own ANY house you want. It just costs MORE than deed price. This is a GOOD thing.

God I think I've posted this same thing in about 3 other housing threads. It's hilarious to me how many people are disgruntled by this phenomenon.

Because they all want everything to be easy and handed to them. They have been playing on EA's shards too long. ;)

EA's playerbase was so low when I quit on AoS, and it's gone completely downhill from there from what I've read. I bet you can place castles in felucca by now. Didn't they also allow housing in one of the new expansions?

Anyway yeah, I've seen castles on here go for like 2 mill which really isn't much. Even on UOGamers in 2004 or so, I paid 11 mill gold for a castle. Until the playerbase increases there will not be a strong market for housing; it's actually a good thing that some players are hogging up the space. Era accuracy is being uber lucky to even place a small (usually having to find an idoc)
