You can kill people if they are standing near the patio part of the large patio. Chain lightning/meteor swarm can be cast on that wall, which will hit people standing inside near it.

If no cA member posted, you'd say "They're not saying anything cause they know its them!!!"

I also highly doubt any cA member is worried about their reputation. We take pride in what we do (Tabuis will attest to our attention whore-dom, probably followed by an insult he heard someone say in IRC and repeats anytime cA mentions his name).

I haven't been in-game for a few weeks, but it really doesn't sound like cA. Some bandwagon jumpers doing it all wrong is the most likely culprit.

If you have a problem with a cA member shouting retarded obscenities, PM one of the Senior Associates (Myself & Matron are currently the acting ones).

In no way am I trying to save face. Unless it's a trade posted in the forums or IRC, you should definitely not trust us, or anyone else.
