I must apologize.

It seems the map to Mortpure's whereabouts is no longer accurate. Through some vile and dreadful magic, the home where he lives was no longer there when I finally trekked out there to find him. That is twice in one week that his home has disappeared and in 2 separate locations. It seems he has dark magics indeed that help him cover his tracks as he flees across this fair land. The reckoning shall find him, though!

Citizens, if you have any information as to the whereabouts of this fugitive from justice, do not hesitate to contact Lord British at once! The criminals of this land shall be hunted down and dispatched!

In that case, I would indeed be avoiding any wizard coming at me with an erect hat. I'm hoping I don't put him in that mood.

I have heard that some of these people you seek have left these lands all together or have taken refuge in the city of brit and only venture out of town in large groups. I would say they are afraid to live outside of the allyways and sidestreets of brit. The guards have done a great job of ridding our lands of these unsavory people. Thanks You!!
