Awesome. Thanks for the info son. I know that Jameson from TG owned it at one point, but he sold it and the owners since have been unknown. We are paying extremely well, so the owner would be behooved to come forward, at least so we can make our offer. Thanks again son.

I forget, with guild stones, can you click to apply?
If so, have an alt apply to the guildstone and hope for a reply?

Dang, been to long. Could not remember if you could apply or not.
Another idea, how long does it take books to decay? Drop a book with a message in it every few hours on his floor.
