I agree with Pirul, it wasn't long ago I saw towers going for deed+2x small (and I'm new!!) but if a few players control 10-15 large/fortress houses each, and no one else wants to sell theirs, and lots of people want to buy.. well, that's how markets work

I just listed it at a few hundred K less than what similar towers are currently selling for cause thats how I roll. There have been a few trades offered but since I want flat gold, it is still on the market.
