I tried to place on test center, it didn't work. However there was an old auto tourny game set up in that version of Ocllo, so it may be having an effect.

JUst do the math lol, 2 mounths old guy buys a house for 7 mill. 4 mounths later it goes condemed.. 180 Days of inactivity makes it condemed if not banned
