I'm sorry to say that I am giving up thieving forever. I never considered the time/reward ratio. My best bet is farming air elementals while running two "attended" miner bots. My average-rewards-per-second shall be maximized. I'll be the one laughing when I have a castle full of neon muffins and a special duel arena that only I can access.

Sheesh.. just do what you want to have fun in the game.

Some people have fun creating a virtual empire, some have it LEET PVPing (I partially fall in this category), some have it being a total prick for the sake of it, some have it dedicating their playstyle to house looting/elaborate scams. It's a complete sandbox, there's a million ways to have fun in it.

I've tried my hand at what Matron/chum do, and it didn't take me long to find out I don't have the patience for it... but props to them, and their adventures are most certainly fun to read.
