I guess it's random on if they have loot or not. There doesn't seem to be a pattern that Vixen's have loot over Donner, but i'm not sure on 'a raindeer' as i've only come across one :/

Anyone found any today? Pretty sure the spawn has been reduced or removed. One of my guildmates found one this morning but neither of us have gotten one since.

I saw one spawn at around 11:00pm last night. Haven't logged on yet today to look.

I haven't seen any since last night, even after checking it out this morning.
Probably reduced the spawn.

2 things can happen, both of which someone i know was doing. taming deers and renaming them, or stealing the deeds off the deers & not killing them.

Odds are, if you found one without a deed it was almost assuredly a retamed and renamed great hart.
While you can steal a deed from a reindeer, you cannot tame it. You get a message stating you cannot tame them. (my better half objected to my slaughtering of reindeer and requested I find alternate means of obtaining decorations)

seems to be whack... i have 1 tree plus some deeds and I am yet to have any "present" all i have is a tree in my house...

Yeah, they seem to have gotten much rarer. Only found one today, and I scoured from Yew all the way through Brit and down to Trinsic, back and forth, with 90 tracking...

I found one earlier just hanging out in Jhelom on the island with the tailor shop.
